Please note that many after-sales service claims for badminton rackets are “unjustified” and most of the time have nothing to do with any “manufacturing defect.” You will find a small illustrated guide at the link below that provides an excellent summary of the claims that brands may reject and the reasons for these rejections. Indeed, based on more than fifteen years of experience, we have found that three-quarters of problems are actually the result of incorrect handling and/or damage caused by a third party (for example, during an impact, in a moment of frustration, or during restringing). For example, if you retrieve your racket cracked (most of the time at the top or middle of the frame, or around a grommet) after leaving it with us for restringing, you must resolve the matter with the store and the professional who restrung it (very few stringers are actually trained in badminton, so we advise you to check the condition of your racket after every restringing and, if a crack appears, ask the store to compensate you for the damage). An order may be delivered in several shipments.

You have taken note of the “alert” above and read the “Warranty Guide,” yet you still believe that your badminton racket has a manufacturing defect. In that case, please follow the instructions below carefully to initiate the procedure and attempt to have your racket covered under warranty.
