The Ashaway Viper XT1500 is a high-end, versatile, and very stable badminton racket, specially designed for intermediate to advanced players seeking an excellent balance between control, speed, and precision.
Unlike other versions of the Viper range which are heavier in the head, the XT1500 offers a much more manageable and balanced configuration.
Its weight of 84 g offers great lightness for quick execution of movements.
Combined with a neutral balance, or even light handle (282 mm) and a Medium stiffness, the Viper XT1500 guarantees excellent precision on tight trajectories without being too physically demanding on the arm. This makes it extremely manoeuvrable in defence (blocks) and at the net, while maintaining good inertia for the backcourt.
The frame shape enlarges the sweet spot and forgives off-centre hits.
This is the visual and technical signature of this range. A specific VIPER alloy is woven directly between the layers of graphite. This eliminates frame twisting on impact, offering exceptional structural stability under pressure.
The aerodynamic profile of the frame is thinned to cut through the air faster, increasing whip speed during smashes and quick returns in doubles.
