The Carlton Tru-Storm ASi 300 is an entry-level racket specifically designed for beginner players and recreational play. It emphasises maximum durability to withstand the impacts inherent to learning.
It is the typical racket for initiation, garden badminton, or school settings (PE). It forgives mistakes and is not afraid of awkward shuttlecock trajectories.
Its weight of 95 g provides strong inertia. Even without perfect wrist technique, the mass of the racket helps to propel the shuttlecock with a decent length.
Unbreakable durability: The combination of an aluminium head and a steel shaft makes it virtually unbreakable against regular impacts with the ground or the partner’s racket in doubles.
Easier control (66.5 cm): By reducing the length by one centimetre compared to competition models, Carlton reduces the lever arm. The beginner player more easily coordinates their arm and centres the shuttlecock much better.
Internal T-Joint: A T-joint integrated inside the structure connects the head and the shaft, improving racket stability during strikes compared to classic recreational rackets with an external T-joint.
