With a very flexible shaft, the new Yonex ARCSABER 7 PLAY badminton racket is aimed more at intermediate players to bring power to their game.
Its balance combined with its flexibility allows powerful shots on impact that will more easily secure points for you during the match. Indeed, this compromise helps you control your shots and attack your opponent with increased acceleration, a sharper angle, and more power on the smash.
Taking control of the court can take different forms, and for the ARCSABER, it comes from a few extra milliseconds of contact time with the shuttlecock, allowing for precise and assertive shots.
The improvements in the new model have seen a 6.6% increase in contact time with the shuttlecock and a 3.7% increase in hitting power compared to the previous ARCSABER 7 (tested by Yonex). This power is multiplied thanks to an additional 10mm length extension which will increase your hitting power by 5% or more compared to a conventional racket.
