Designed for the new squash star Mostafa Asal, the SLASH range breaks the codes of traditional rackets with an "open heart" ergonomics through a new construction that maximises power and an exceptional look.
All rackets in the range are equipped with the X-TOP revolution. No bumper, 100% performance, a completely new racket head construction where the bumper has been replaced by a combination of active fibres for maximum durability, speed and playability. The plastic bumper is replaced by a mix of aramid fibres, the most shock-resistant material, and a PTFE treatment providing smoothness to protect the frame against abrasion from the floor or walls. Without a bumper, the racket becomes much smoother and cuts through the air better for maximum swing speed and power. With plastic replaced by material, there are more fibres in the racket for greater responsiveness and less vibration for enhanced comfort.
Designed for Mostafa and athletic players, the SLASH 120 POWER squash racket is geared towards powerful play.
Extremely light, with a frame weight of 120g, it is the pinnacle of manoeuvrability for maximum swing speed and power.
To further optimise power, the racket is built with YOKE POWER TECHNOLOGY: a larger and longer string bed 485cm² (320 x 195 mm) to increase string elasticity, a narrower open heart with external reinforcements for greater stiffness, and an oversized shaft measuring 390mm² for maximum power.
The SLASH POWER incorporates STABYL Technology, where the "top ring" is replaced by a high-performance fabric: beneath the carbon, a rigid mesh strengthens the handle, providing more stability and therefore greater comfort and manoeuvrability.
Pre-strung with 305 Green, the market reference in squash strings, and Tecnifibre’s most elastic string for the best compromise between power and comfort.
Such innovation naturally demands an exceptional design. A clean white base with a light grey X-TOP for pure elegance. Colour-wise, a bold choice with fluorescent green in a graphic pattern. The TF logo has been "slashed" by Mostafa to integrate into the Tecnifibre lettering and the racket frame.
