This racket is a test model. It is offered to you to allow you to experience the playing sensations and determine if this racket suits you perfectly. The test is FREE* (*Excluding deposit for the racket).

1 - You can test up to 2 rackets per test for a duration of 7 days.

3 - To test a racket, it is mandatory to provide a deposit which will be fully refunded upon return of the racket at the Entzheim depot on the date indicated by our confirmation email.
After the third automatic client reminder by email, no refund will be granted in case of late and unreported return. Warning: Payment for a test racket does not in any way mean that the racket belongs to you.
4 - For a first order, we will ask you to provide proof of identity and address.
5 - Test racket orders will be sent directly to your home or to a relay point (delivery to a franchised store is not possible). Shipping only within mainland France.
6 - When purchasing one or more rackets following a test, €5 is offered for the purchase of 1 racket, €10 for the purchase of 2 rackets.
7 - Return costs are your responsibility.
8 - In case of non-return of the test racket: a formal notice letter will be sent to you one week later to regularise this situation as soon as possible, either by returning the racket(s) or by paying the outstanding amount (new value of the racket(s) - deposit).
9 - The deposit will be refunded once the return of the rackets is validated.
